Sleeping with Sirens is an American post-hardcore band from Orlando, Florida. The band was formed in 2009 by members of For All We Know, Broadway, and We Are Defiance. The group is known primarily for the versatility of vocalist Kellin Quinn’s tenor leggiero vocal range. The band quickly caught the attention of metalcore label Rise Records, who signed them and released their debut record “With Ears to See, and Eyes to Hear” in 2010. The album launched the band onto the Billboard Heatseekers chart, debuting at number seven and selling over 25,000 copies.
Their sophomore effort “Let’s Cheers to This” arrived in May of 2011. With the two full length records released, the band managed to tour extensively, sharing stages with fellow scene stalwarts like We Came As Romans, Falling In Reverse, Emmure, For All Those Sleeping and Motionless In White. These tours enabled the band’s fan base to extend extensively across the world.
In 2012 the band released a five track acoustic EP “If You Were A Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack” which included three unreleased tracks and two previously released tracks. The band wanted to re-create their informal acoustic shows for all fans to enjoy at any moment in time.
In mid 2013 the band released their third full length “Feel”.
